Since I have been making Sourdough Bread there is a lot of discard to deal with! Thankfully there are lots of recipes online !

Labneh is a strained yogurt or yogurt cheese… yogurt that has been strained so that the whey is removed & what is left has a thick consistency.

Seedy, slightly sweet & dense, this bread is so delicious. It is good either fresh or toasted. Smear with butter, nut butters, put an egg on it..;.the ways to eat this are endless.
Pumpkin Biscuits with Cheddar Cheese..an interesting combination for sure. We weren’t completely convinced that this would be good but it is! I think this is a great accompaniment for any meal & I also made it into a sandwich with lox & cream cheese!
