I made these bar cookies & they are very nice. These are gluten-free & good for Passover!
I adapted a recipe for Mark Bittman to make this cake. I like his recipes. This cake was moist & very flavourful!

I love apple strudel… & this way to make it is so simple….just a pkg of phyllo pastry & some apples…sugar of course…

I have made this Rum Cake several times & it is always a hit…Murray really likes rum..so I raid the liquor cabinet & make this with whatever rum I find…usually it is a really nice sweet ‘sipping’ rum, but any rum will do.
Simple, lemony & delicious.This cake is different from other cakes…it is very thin… not a big double layer or even a regular single layer cake. The finished cake is about 1 inch high. I thought maybe I had done something wrong with it, but it is tender & moist, so I assume this is how…
