Pillsbury Biscuit Egg Muffins

I saw this recipe on TikTok so thought I would try it.!

My Pillsbury Biscuit Egg Muffins did not look like the ones on TikTok but I am happy with them!

I did not take pictures while I was making them but I have pictures of the finished ones!

This recipe is super easy! You have to go buy a container of Pillsbury Biscuits, I used the regularsize ones not the Grande. You need some eggs and cheese and that’s it!

My Pillsbury Biscuit Egg Muffins puffed up over the muffin cups & I love that!

I could have added more cheese so if you like things cheesy sprinkle lots on!

INTERESTING... when you look at the picture of the muffin cut in half the egg sunk to the bottom, the biscuit on top and some cheese and then biscuit! I don’t really know the why that happened but it tastes great so that is really all that matters! You can see there isn’t enough cheese so add more!

Here is the recipe

1 container of Pillsbury Biscuits

5 eggs

1/4 cup milk

salt & peper

Shredded cheddar cheese, the amount depends on how much you want to use! Just have a bag of shredded cheese handy!

Method

You need one 12 cup muffin tin. This recipe makes 10 egg muffins

Preheat your oven to 375f

Grease your muffin tins, but only the 10 you are going to use. I don think that paper muffin cup liners will be good here

  1. Open the can of Biscuits. Divide each on in half. Put one half in each of the greased muffin cups setting the other half aside
  2. Beat the eggs with the milk in a 4 cup measuring cup or bowl Season with salt & pepper
  3. Pour some of the egg mixture into each muffin cup on top of the half biscuit. Divide the egg mixture evenly between them
  4. Now, sprinkle some of the grated cheese over the eggs. I did not put enough on but I would cover the area of egg nest time!
  5. Put the reserved half of biscuit on top of the egg /cheese in each muffin cup & press gently
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for approx 35 minutes. I found the top biscuit was browning too much at about 25 minutes so I covered it with foil & continued to bake for the full 35 minutes. I wanted to make sure that the biscuits were cooked completely !
  7. Let cool before you eat these!!

Enjoy!

Many people ask me "how did you do that?" "will you show me how?' So I decided to make a blog about what I cook and bake. I am in no way a professional cook, but I love to feed people and try new things as well as making the "old foods" My friends are wonderful cooks, each with their own 'specialty' and i will be having guest cooks here, showcasing their favourite things to cook as well!! I hope you enjoy this blog and maybe decide to make some of these foods yourself! I am always available to answer any questions you might have about anything you see here. Some of my recipes are unique to me but most are not. They are all recipes I have found in a variety of ways, some are old family recipes that date back decades and some are new ones!
