These are 6 side dishes especially for Passover which means they are made with ingredients specific to Passover. Matzo Meal is used instead of bread crumbs etc. They are good so if you do not follow the laws of Passover or do not celebrate Passover you might still want to make these dishes away!! Just look for the needed ingredients in your grocery stores. Many stores carry Passover foods!

My friend gave me this recipe… I made it to put in the freezer until I am ready to serve it, but I tasted the corner of it…just to make sure it was good :))) & it is sooo good!
Another kugel…this one is full of fruit, not too sweet & I think it will be good for breakfast with some yogurt on the side…but I am going to serve it first as a side dish.
Not a kugel!!! More like a farfel pilaf! This is actually a dish that I would make during the year & not just for Passover! If you don’t want to use fearful, you can do the same thing & use quinoa…
