These brownies are rich, dark & delicious. Made with Hershey’s cocoa, the recipe is from the Hershey Chocolate Company. I have s 2-sided piece of paper with the BEST recipes on it! I must have gotten this sheet paper over 30 years ago!!
The brownie recipe is called Deep-Dish Brownie …the recipe is pretty straight forward. Nothing too difficult & you can mix it by hand. Add some chocolate frosting …everyone will love it when you make these! Just before Murray bit into a brownie, he mentioned that he didn’t really like brownies…. chew … chew… & he loved these!!! So there you go, this is a really good recipe.
Here is the recipe

1/2 tsp salt
Frosting
3 tbsp butter, softened
3 tbsp cocoa
1 1/3 cup icing sugar

SPREAD THE FROSTING ON THE BROWNIES WHEN THE BROWNIES ARE COMPLETELY COOL. I SPRINKLED SOME ICE CREAM SPRINKLES ON TOP…THIS OF COURSE IS OPTIONAL!
Enjoy!
