I first posted this recipe for Cheddar Cheese Puff n 2017! I used to make this wonderful dish whenever we would have company over for brunch. Sometimes I would make it for pot-luck dinners…it is great on a buffet table. Eggy, Cheesy, Crisp around the edges, this is so good you will ba making it often!

Lemon Currant Scones

I love scones. Crispy on the outside, flaky inside. There is a trick to making a good scone I think. Not too much handling of the dough. Like a pie crust. I am not an expert but I like to make them & keep them in the freezer. When I want to eat one, I just pop it in the microwave briefly so it is just defrosted & not over-done.

Dasha’s Cottage Cheese Pie

An old family recipe for a cottage cheese ‘pie’ baked in a square pan…so not really a ‘pie’ but not a square either! This recipe has a cake like bottom, cottage cheese filling & cake like top… slightly sweet but not too much sugar…baked to a golden brown. But it isn’t really a cake either! You will just have to make it & decide what to call it yourself!!
