This recipe for hash Brown Casserole is a family favorite and I really only make it once a year or sometimes if we are having several friends over for brunch! ( pre-Covid days)
I am going to make it this week to break our fast after the holiday of Yom Kippur. Our son will come over for dinner and this will be part of our meal. We are also having Cottage Cheese Muffins baked in a 9 x 13 baking dish by my sister. She is making it for us! As well I think we will have some smoked salmon that Murray has made in his smoker! Also on the menu is salad of some kind, Honey Cake & fruit… maybe some Homemade Bagels with cream cheese & that delicious salmon or lox.
I love this recipe as it is easy to prepare; All of the ingredients are at the grocery store so one shop and you have everything you need to make this! The Hash Brown Casserole is great as a side dish with anything! We love it with eggs and toast!
