BBq Miami Ribs – Repost!

Marinating Miami ribs makes them tender & they can absorb whatever flavor you want! Then throw them on the BBQ for a quick delicious meal. Miami Ribs do not take long to cook.

I have blogged this before and feel I wan to do it again since they are one of our favorite things to BBQ! This recipe is Korean inspired and you can BBQ them or cook them in the oven! The marinade is simple to make & then the ribs sit in this really tasty sauce If you can leave them overnight that is good but if you do not have that much time or have a craving for these, marinade them for as long as you can.

Here is the blog post!

Korean Style Ribs..BBQ or Cooked in the Oven

This is an updated post….. I have made these Korean Style Ribs several times throughout the year. In the winter I bake them in the oven & in the summer I BBQ them…great either way!

Many people ask me "how did you do that?" "will you show me how?' So I decided to make a blog about what I cook and bake. I am in no way a professional cook, but I love to feed people and try new things as well as making the "old foods" My friends are wonderful cooks, each with their own 'specialty' and i will be having guest cooks here, showcasing their favourite things to cook as well!! I hope you enjoy this blog and maybe decide to make some of these foods yourself! I am always available to answer any questions you might have about anything you see here. Some of my recipes are unique to me but most are not. They are all recipes I have found in a variety of ways, some are old family recipes that date back decades and some are new ones!
