It is Pumpkin Time! I love everything pumpkin.. here are some recipes that I have posted before. IO used canned pumpkin for my baking & Murray likes to use fresh cooked pumpkin for his custard recipe.
I just can’t decide what to bake with pumpkin today.. pie? muffins? scones? loaf? pumpkin cinnamon buns?
Why is it that we usually only eat pumpkin foods in the fall? I suppose that pumpkins go along with Halloween & the spices in pumpkin baked goods are “fall” flavours. And of course, maybe Starbucks had something to do with it offering their pumpkin lattes in the fall!
