Break your Fast with these recipes!

We always break our fast with our extended family and we usually have the same menu every year!

We start with a piece of Honey Cake & a cup of tea then we dig in to the delicious food on the table. We all contribute a dish or two to the meal.

Here is our usual menu with the recipes below

Salmon of some kind, usually roasted

Caesar Salad or a regular green salad

Cabbage Salad

Quinoa Salad with fruit

Cottage Cheese Muffins with sour cream & berries

Hash Brown Casserole

Cut up veg, cucumbers, carrots & broccoli & cauliflower with a dip of some kind

Egg Salad & Tuna Salad ( usually just basic made with mayo)

Fruit Plate & a variety of desserts. Usually Brownies & Cookies
