These Egg Cups are simple to prepare and can be frozen easily, When new mom or dad needs a healthy quick bite these are the perfect answer ! Bake up a batch then freeze on a cookie sheet. Once frozen pop them into a freezer safe container and give them to whoever needs a delish meal! Of course great to make for yourself too!
