Whether you are having a crowd or not, these recipes are perfect to make ahead, They warm up nicely.

All of these dishes can be made ahead & popped in the freezer. Or make then a day or two ahead & they will be great warmed up. If you freeze them take them out of the freezer the day ahead in the morning. If you make these ahead of time then you can concentrate on some dishes that are last minute!
