I really love these cookies…Peanut Butter & Potato Chip Cookies! This combo is amazing!

I was reminded of this cookie recipe when I was at my grocery store the other day! In a display by the checkout I saw Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups with Potato Chips in them!! I was so excited to see this combo by a huge company!

I love Peanut Butter Cookies & well… I love Potato Chips.. so, I have combined the two!! Also … my brother -in-law Rick, used to eat peanut butter & potato chip sandwiches… he would take a soft piece of white bread or challah, spread some peanut butter on the bread & press some potato chips…
