I have posted this recipe before! It is so easy to make and really lovely for lunch or dessert.
An easy cake-like batte, half is which is put on the bottom of the pan..then a sweet filling made from cottage cheese topped with the remaining batter. Baked & served wirh berries .. I like to have plain yougurt with it instead of sour cream but the options are endless! Serve with whipped cream.. Cool Whip… flavoured yougurt … some maple syrup..
( I didn’t put enough batter on the bottom ! So just half the batter better then I did!!! )
