Peaches!
We have been going to Kelowna BC every summer for over 36 years. This year, we are not going & for many reasons I feel sad about that. We always bought Peaches at a local orchard in West Bank call Paynters. Since we will not be doing there this year I bought some Peaches at Costco. They were delicious. I stored them in the original box for 2 days to ripen up. Then I kept them in the fridge so they did not all get ripe at the same time. I like the Peaches cold from the fridge & Murray likes them room temp so he takes out some to eat & I eat them right from the fridge!

Tomorrow is Pi Day … so let’s eat some Pie!
Pi day is a great excuse to eat Pie.. not that we should have to have an excuse! Here are some previously posted recipes for pie I am sure you will enjoy! Pick one or make a few ,,,, you can have a pie board! Cut the pies into pieces then arrange them nicely on a board & enjoy. You could also serve some ice cream & whipped cream in bowls to garnish the pies with! I can see your tables now! Delicious !
