This is a Passover side dish but with a few changes the recipe can be adapted to all year. Replace the matzo meal with fine bread crumbs!
My friend gave me this recipe… I made it to put in the freezer until I am ready to serve it, but I tasted the corner of it…just to make sure it was good :))) & it is sooo good!
Found this recipe on line… this is a different vegetable kugel..
Another kugel…this one is full of fruit, not too sweet & I think it will be good for breakfast with some yogurt on the side…but I am going to serve it first as a side dish.
Not a kugel!!! More like a farfel pilaf! This is actually a dish that I would make during the year & not just for Passover! If you don’t want to use fearful, you can do the same thing & use quinoa…
I have so many recipes for Passover & I usually make the same ones each year. This year I am going to try some different ones. This potato kugel recipe has grated carrot in it!
Well, this recipe is written on an old white recipe card with no directions.. just ingredients. So I guessed! It turned out nicely. The recipe calls for other fruit, not just apples, but I left out the other fruit since my family would not like the prunes & raisins… but I will put them in…
