Time for Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce

It is finally hot outside where is live & I know it is time to make some hot fudge sauce…serve it over some icecream with some sprinkles on top!!

This year I didn’t have any heavy cream for the recipe so I used whole milk… it worked but it is not quite as thick as it is when made with the cream ..but that doesn’t matter to me! Sometimes I heat the sauce up in a small dish in the microwave to eat it warm on the ice cream ,,,or sometimes I just use it right from he fridge onto the ice cream. I know you will want to lick the spoon …it is so good you could just eat it like that… with a spoon… forget the ice cream! This would also be fantastic drizzled over a plain cheesecake….& I know you will be able to think of a thousand ways to eat this delicious chocolate sauce.

I would suggest that you make this …even if you don’t love chocolate sauce.. this just might change your mind!!!
