Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

This muffin recipe doesn’t have any eggs in it! At first I thought that perhaps there was a mistake in the recipe but decided that I would try to make them anyway. I found the recipe on the King Arthur Flour website. I have put the link to the recipe below. They are delicious! The texture of these muffins is not light and fluffy, but rather dense and hearty.I am not sure if the dense texture is due to the lack of eggs or the whole wheat flour, perhaps a combination of both.Whatever the reason, these are worth giving a try.
