Chicken Adobo
I think I am going to make chicken adobo for dinner tonight. It is a really simple recipe. I have seen recipes for chicken adobo lately for the Instantpot, but I am going to make it the ‘old fashioned’ way & cook it on the stove. Simple to do… put all of the ingredients into a pot & let it simmer away until it is cooked
