My Fav Way to Make Roasted Brussels Sprouts!!

I just love these Roasted Brussels Sprouts!

Brussels Sprouts are. not always my favourite vegetable. I find them quite bitter sometimes but this way they aren’t! I thinly slice them, sprinkle them with some onion powder, garlic powder & kosher salt… no measurements here because you can make any amount you want so the seasoning amount is up to you! Add some oil & maple syrup, again as much as you want. Mix, put on a baking sheet & roast at 400f until they are as done as you like! I like them browned a bit crispy but this is also up to you!! They don’t stay crispy so if you like them like that try to eat them too after they come out of the oven. They are still great even reheated!
