It’s Rhubarb season! The way we like it best is stewed with strawberries ! You can just wing this.. no recipe.. put some chopped rhubarb into a pot ,add strawberries … I add less then the the Amt of rhubarb, now dump I some sugar, the Amt depends on how sweet you want it. For this batch I used 1 cup and it is not sweet! Then add a bit of water. Slowly bring to a boil then lower the heat and cook until all the fruit is soft. Let cool before eating cos this is very hot! Store in the fridge This is great with yogurt & so good with ice cream & just on its own! If you love rhubarb you will love this!! You can always make this without the strawberries!

Salmon can be prepared so many different ways! I bet that this Dry Spice Rub will become one of your fav ways ! Mix it up & keep it in your spice drawer so that you always have it to use! Also great on chicken & veg! The recipe is on the blog !
