One of my favourite winter cakes…. I could eat the whole pan!

Here ia recipe that I posted for the first time in 2017.. the year I started this blog… I love this cake

You can make a sauce to pour on it, a Caramel sauce would be delicious… just have it with a sprinkle of icing sugar & some whipped cream… Truly delicious!
