I think this might be the last energy ball recipe I try! This is the 4th on I have made to see which one I like best! I prefer the first one that I made… All of these little balls are a great snack, if someone wants something sweet without any added sugar. Check out this recipe for energy balls #4 & let me know which recipe you prefer…if you haven’t tried any of the others I will include a link to them all below.
This chicken noodle dish can be eaten cold or warm. This comes together very quickly even though there are several steps to the reicpe. While the chicken is cooking, you get everything else cooked & then mix it all together & enjoy!
Funny thing about this recipe…It is called Cauliflower “mac & cheese” casserole. The person who was eating it couldn’t find any pasta….& was wondering where it was! But there is no pasta in this recipe. The cauliflower is chopped up into bite size pieces & is used instead of pasta
Co–hosting a bridal shower, one of my contributions were these heart shaped cookies. The recipe for these cookies is from MarthaStewart.com. The recipe is for conversation heart cookies that look like the conversation candies that are out at Valentines Day. I did not decorate the cookies I made in that way.

I have not been to Vi’s for Pies, a restaurant in Edmonton, for many years. A couple of months ago we went with friends for dessert after eating at another restaurant. Then again, I was just there for a special birthday lunch with some friends.
So the big question was yesterday….if a recipe does not work for me should I blog about it? My son, Seth, said yes, So here it is. This is the original blog I wrote about the recipe before I failed at it TWICE!!! If you try it, please let me know it it works so I can figure out what I did & retry it. It seems so simple.
I found this recipe on my phone! I had taken a picture of the recipe from somewhere! Must have been on Facebook maybe. Looks like the recipe is from insidebrucrewife.com. I changed a couple of things from the original recipe..
I needed a non-dairy (parve) poppy-seed cake recipe for dinner on Friday night. They aren’t that easy to find. I have a poppyseed chiffon cake recipe I will post sometime, but that is not want I wanted to have now. I found a recipe that was easy to adapt.
I don’t like lamb but Murray does, so I put some lamb chops on the BBQ yesterday for him! They are not a first cut lamb chop but these have more meat per chop & are thick so he was a happy guy!
I posted this recipe awhile ago but I feel like making these quick salmon patties for dinner tonight so I am reminding you all about this delicious & quick recipe!!
I can’t just have one cinnamon bun recipe on this blog forever so I am naming this one Cinnamon Buns #1!!! This is not my usual recipe but I was having a busy baking day yesterday so I decided to make this one. Made in the food processor which elimates the need to knead the dough by hand for 10 minutes…
