These little beef minute steaks are delicious breaded and quick fried. Served with sauted mushrooms & the left over kale/onion saute from the butternut squash soup. This made a quick dinner. I breaded them the old standard way my mom taught me..first in seasoned flour, then in eggs, then in bread crumbs. Fry in a bit of oil until the tops are moist with the juice of the meat, then flip over & finish the other side. This is how I make all of my breaded & fried foods…fish, chicken, veal, beef…. I bet it would work on some tofu, cut thinly. Season the flour well with garlic powder, salt, pepper & depending on what you are dipping into the flour, maybe some lemon pepper for fish, poultry seasoning for chicken. Use a fork to mix the eggs up, salt & pepper them. Any kind of bread crumbs work. I fry in canola oil. Drain well on paper towel
Thanks for sharing, just going through the photos and the video makes me so hungry!
